• PRE-ORDER: We assume that pre-orders can be dispatched on the date stated on the product page. Please check the release date before purchasing to avoid misunderstanding. If you order multiple items, all items will be shipped together on the latest release date when all products are available. If you only want items that are in stock, please order them separately. We ship with DHL GoGreen.

• Duration of Shipping: Domestic orders take between 2-9 days to reach their destination. For International customers, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

• Handling Time: Orders typically ship the week of their designated release/ship date.
